Privacy and terms

Community Ride connects riders and independent drivers. An accepted request is an introduction; confirm the fare and arrangements directly.

We store contact details, trip requests, saved addresses, and account settings. Telephone accounts use incoming caller ID. Anyone calling with the same caller ID can access that account.

Phone speech is processed by OpenAI to transcribe requests and generate the automated voice. Saved name recordings and messages left for the administrator are retained for account management and request handling.

Google Maps processes location searches, address verification, distances and maps. Use is subject to Google Maps terms and Google's privacy policy.

Drivers receiving an offer can view its trip locations; contact information is shared after acceptance. Administrators can view account and trip details. Contact your service administrator to correct or remove account information.
